What is the procedure for canceling a reservation?

Cancel a reservation via the official Port of Galveston website prior to and up until your day of sailing without incurring any cancellation fees. You must cancel 24 hours prior to your sail date. After the date of sailing, you will not be refunded. Cancellations can be processed at the portofgalveston.com website by using the MODIFY/CANCEL link. 

You may direct questions to parking@portofgalveston.com. Cancellations will be processed via the reservations website.
