   In accordance with the provisions of the Port of Galveston Ground Transportation Manual and the Board of Trustees of the Galveston Wharves (the "Port of Galveston), as it may from time  to time be amended, application is hereby made by the undersigned for a Ground Transportation License authorizing the Applicant to have access t a certain property under the management and control of the Port of Galveston and to conduct permitted business within the Port of Galveston.  In support thereof, the undersigned Applicant submits the following information to:

38. Vehicle Fleet Information

    Please submit a list of all applicant owned vehicles that will access the Port of Galveston. The list of vehicles must include License Plate, State, VIN, Seating Capacity, Year, Make, Model, and Toll Tag Number.

    Toll Tags-RFID Tags

    *Access to the Ground Transportation Area is now gate restricted.  Applicant may use existing Toll Tags (HCTRA, NTTA, TxTag) or it may purchase Tags from the Port of Galveston ($20 Each).
